Through roles like being President of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) and PASS Leader for introductory programming, I’ve learned how to guide teams, foster confidence in others, and create environments where people feel capable and valued.   • Student Editor of the Florida Undergraduate Research Journal

    April 2025 – Present

    I review and provide constructive feedback on undergraduate research manuscripts for the Florida Undergraduate Research Journal Vol. 5 (2026). I collaborate with faculty and peers to ensure clarity, accuracy, and academic integrity in publications. [FURJ]

  • CCEC Student Ambassador

    August 2024 – Present

    I represent the School of Computing at prospective/admitted student events, providing insights into curriculum and research opportunities. I also assist with organizing and facilitating departmental outreach initiatives to promote interest in computer science and related fields.

  • PASS Leader — Programming I (COP2220)

    June 2024 – Present

    I design and facilitate peer-led programming sessions for first-year computer science students. I develop activities to strengthen problem-solving and debugging skills in C. I collaborate with faculty to align weekly content with lecture objectives and assess learning outcomes.

  • Honors Colloquium Facilitator — Hicks Honors College

    June 2024 – Present

    In this role, I facilitate reflective discussions for first-year honors students on ethics, leadership, and personal development. I create small-group dialogues emphasizing empathy, moral reasoning, and self-awareness in academic and professional contexts.

  • President — Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS), UNF Chapter

    May 2024 – Present

    I lead a team of officers to coordinate workshops, networking events, and outreach initiatives promoting gender diversity in tech.     I guided high school students in applying data science and machine learning to social good projects. I assisted teams in data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and model selection.     Managed a refugee services mapping project using ArcGIS to visualize community resources for displaced populations. Coordinated between teams to collect, clean, and publish data on accessible aid programs across Northeast Florida.
